Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Simple Energy has announced a special introductory festive discount of ₹10,000 on the TFT variants of its newly launched Simple Wave electric scooter lineup. The promotional benefit is valid from October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 for customers across key markets in North India, East India, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. Under this festive initiative, buyers can avail of the price reduction directly across all authorised Simple Energy dealership touchpoints.
Following the ₹10,000 introductory price cut, the effective ex-showroom price for the Simple Wave 3.7 kW TFT variant stands reduced from its standard all-India price of ₹1,74,999 to ₹1,64,999. Similarly, the higher-capacity Simple Wave 5 kW TFT variant sees its effective ex-showroom price drop from ₹1,89,999 to ₹1,79,999. The seasonal discount aims to make the brand's connected family scooter lineup more accessible to buyers during the high-demand festive period.

First unveiled on September 2, 2026, the Simple Wave is engineered as a practical family electric scooter built for daily Indian riding conditions. The portfolio includes three primary variants encompassing six product options, giving buyers the flexibility to select different battery capacities, screen technologies, and connected feature suites. Practical design highlights include an extra-long 920 mm seat, comfortable upright riding ergonomics, and a segment-leading underseat storage volume of 70 litres.
