Besides service coverage, the new Skoda Super Care programme will encompass flexible maintenance plans tailored to different ownership needs.

Skoda Auto India has announced the introduction of Skoda Super Care, a comprehensive service and ownership programme that will be implemented across its entire product range starting in 2026. The initiative aims to enhance the ownership experience by offering comprehensive coverage, predictable service costs, and long-term customer support within a single, integrated framework.

The Skoda Super Care offers a best-in-class ownership package that includes a four-year standard warranty, four years of roadside assistance, and four labour-free services. These services cover periodic maintenance at 15,000 km and 30,000 km, along with newly introduced Skoda Check-in services at 1,000 km and 7,500 km.

The programme is designed to establish early engagement between customers and authorised Skoda service centres, reinforcing confidence throughout the ownership lifecycle. According to Skoda, the initiative focuses on delivering affordability and transparency by simplifying service structures and improving clarity around maintenance costs. Customers will benefit from itemised billing, streamlined booking processes, real-time service updates, and faster turnaround times.

The programme is supported by Skoda’s nationwide service network that spans over 183 cities and more than 325 customer touchpoints. In addition to service coverage, Škoda Super Care has introduced flexible maintenance plans tailored to different ownership needs. The programme also strengthens access to genuine parts and trained technicians, ensuring consistency in service quality across the network.

Speaking on this new initiative, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda Auto India, said, “Ownership is about confidence, clarity and value every time a customer drives their car, visits a service centre or needs support. With Skoda Super Care, we are bringing together best-in-class warranty coverage and roadside assistance for four years, along with four free services, including the Škoda Check-in services at 1,000 and 7,500 km.”
