It will be built on the Modular Electrification Toolkit (MEB) platform at Mladá Boleslav.

Skoda Auto is preparing to add a new electric flagship to its line-up with the Peaq SUV, which is expected to enter production in mid-2026. The model is based on the Vision 7S concept and is described by the company as its largest and most spacious vehicle so far.

The Peaq will sit at the top of Skoda’s electric range and is set to broaden the brand’s EV portfolio at the upper end. It will be built on the Modular Electrification Toolkit (MEB) platform at Mladá Boleslav.

Skoda says the Peaq can seat seven adults and offers a range of more than 600 km. It measures nearly 4.9 metres in length and has a boot capacity of up to 890 litres with the third row folded.

The new model is also due to bring features such as a Relax Package, Sonos audio, flush door handles, a panoramic roof with Dynamic Shade Control, and a new Android-based infotainment system. Power outputs will range from 150 kW to 220 kW, with an all-wheel-drive version also planned.

Skoda’s current all-electric line-up includes the Enyaq, Enyaq Coupé, Elroq, and the smaller Epiq, depending on market availability. The Peaq is expected to sit above these models as the brand’s new flagship EV.

For India, the Peaq is likely to be a future contender, given the growing premium EV market and Skoda’s wider global electric plans, but the company has not made any statement on an India launch. The model’s size and positioning suggest it would be aimed at the upper end of the market if Skoda decides to bring it here.
