Skoda Auto India has expanded the colour options for its Slavia Monte Carlo variant with the introduction of two new dual-tone shades: Shimla Green and Steel Grey. The exclusive new paint choices are strictly limited to just 200 units across the country.
Offered across the 1.0-litre AT and 1.5-litre DSG automatic trims, this release most likely functions as a classic end-of-lifecycle model run-out strategy. With an updated mid-cycle facelift for the Slavia expected to arrive in the market soon, this limited-run batch allows Skoda to sell off remaining production inventory and sustain strong consumer interest in its sedan segment before the new model arrives.

Visually, the new dual-tone Shimla Green and Steel Grey finishes complement the variant's blacked-out exterior accents, signature Monte Carlo badging, and black-and-red cabin layout. Feature specifications remain identical to the standard Monte Carlo line-up, keeping the feature-loaded interior intact.
Mechanical options also carry over unchanged, featuring the brand's established TSI turbo-petrol powertrains paired exclusively with automatic transmissions. The 1.0-litre TSI three-cylinder petrol engine generates 114 bhp of peak power and 178 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
Meanwhile, the larger 1.5-litre TSI four-cylinder petrol engine produces 148 bhp and 250 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission. The 1.5 TSI engine continues to feature Active Cylinder Technology to deactivate two cylinders under light loads for improved fuel efficiency.
