It has achieved this milestone in 18 years.
Suzuki India has achieved a significant milestone with the Access 125, by crossing 6 million units in cumulative production. The achievement comes 18 years after the scooter's introduction in 2006, and the timing couldn’t have been better, especially with the next-gen avatar slated to arrive soon. We have already spotted a camouflaged prototype of the Suzuki Access 125 several times being tested on public roads, and you can read all about it here.
Currently, the Suzuki Access 125 is available in three variants – Standard, Special and Ride Connect Edition. The Standard variant is available in disc and drum brake variants, priced at ₹85,601 and ₹80,700 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively. The Special Edition will be priced at ₹87,402, while the top-spec variant is priced at ₹91,800 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Renowned for its 124 cc engine that produces 8.5 bhp and 10 Nm, the Access 125 has always been the perfect choice for anyone who is seeking something that blends performance and practicality. Speaking on the occasion of this latest achievement, Kenichi Umeda, Managing Director of SMIPL, commented, “ The 6 million production of Suzuki Access 125 is an important moment for all of us at Suzuki Motorcycle India. This reflects the confidence that our customers have shown for the Access 125 in both domestic and international markets. We thank our customers, dealer partners, and all stakeholders for their continued support.
