Tork Kratos R Price Slashed By ₹20,000

Tork Motors announced that they have reduced the ex-showroom price of its flagship electric motorcycle, the Kratos R by almost ₹20,000 to ₹1,49,999. Although, this price will be valid until March 31. The announcement also reflects the trend where a lot of electric two-wheeler manufacturers have reduced ex-showroom prices of their respective models as FAME-II subsidies are soon to be discontinued.

The Kratos R is a commuter electric motorcycle with quite a sporty character. Powered by a 4.0 kWh battery pack and paired to a 9 kW Axial Flux motor the Tork Kratos R generates an impressive peak torque of 38 Nm, which makes it capable of traveling up to 105 kmph.

Riders also benefit from four ride modes – Eco+, Eco, City, and Sport. However, all that fun does not come compromised, for the Tork Kratos R, can travel up to 180 km (claimed) on a single charge.

Tork Motors is also working on expanding its reach in the country. Currently, the marque operates 40 ‘Experience Zones’ pan-India, including cities like Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bhopal, etc. Simultaneously, the brand is also working on setting up T-NET, its proprietary fast-charging network. For this purpose, it has tied up with charging infrastructure provider Bolt.Earth, who will be making 30,000 charging points across India.
