Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched a comprehensive festive campaign combining GST reduction benefits with its special "Buy Now and Pay in 2026" offer, providing customers savings of up to ₹1 lakh on select models.
The Japanese automaker is passing on complete benefits from the recent GST rate reduction announced by the government, which takes effect from September 22, 2025. The festive offer, exclusively available across authorised Toyota dealerships in western India including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa, remains valid until September 30, 2025.
Under the scheme, customers purchasing Toyota models such as Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Glanza, or Urban Cruiser Taisor can benefit from a three-month EMI holiday, paying only ₹99 monthly for the initial period with regular EMIs commencing from January 2026.
Additional benefits include five complimentary service sessions, five-year extended warranty, corporate and exchange bonuses, along with special privileges for defence personnel. The campaign coincides with the festive Navratri season, beginning September 22, when revised GST rates become effective.
The government's GST reform has reduced rates on small cars from 28% to 18%, benefiting petrol and hybrid vehicles up to 1,200cc and 4,000mm length, and diesel cars up to 1,500cc with similar dimensions. This reduction is expected to make Toyota's popular models more affordable for customers during the festive season.
Toyota's price reductions following GST changes include savings up to ₹85,300 on Glanza, ₹1,11,100 on Taisor, and ₹65,400 on Hyryder variants. The automaker joins other manufacturers like Hyundai and Tata Motors in passing complete GST benefits to customers.
Varinder Wadhwa, Vice President of Sales-Service-Used Car Business at TKM, described the GST reform as a "historic change" that enhances affordability whilst strengthening automotive sector confidence ahead of the festive season.
The combined offering represents Toyota's strategy to capitalise on anticipated festive season demand surge whilst making premium vehicles more accessible through flexible financing options and government tax relief measures.
