Toyota Kirloskar Motor Records 32,842 Sales Units in August 2026

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) announced its sales performance for August 2026, delivering a total of 32,842 units. The monthly total included 28,410 vehicles sold within the domestic Indian market and 4,432 units dispatched for export.

For the calendar year 2026 (January to August), TKM registered cumulative sales of 2,66,696 units, marking a 10% growth compared to the 2,41,733 units recorded during the corresponding period in 2025. Domestic sales for the eight-month period totalled 2,44,592 units, representing an 11% increase over the 2,19,992 units sold in the previous year.

Export volumes reached 22,104 units, reflecting a 2% growth compared to 21,741 units exported in 2025. Executive Vice President Sabari Manohar stated that the company remains focused on customer-centric innovations and expressed optimism regarding market opportunities ahead of the upcoming festive season.

The manufacturer currently operates two primary production facilities in Bidadi. The first plant has an installed capacity of up to 1,32,000 units and manufactures the Innova HyCross, Innova Crysta, and Fortuner. The second plant possesses an annual capacity of up to 2,10,000 units and produces the Camry Hybrid, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, and Hilux.
