Triumph commemorates the ‘King of Rock and Roll’ with a unique custom livery honouring the music icon
Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled a limited-edition Bonneville T120 motorcycle, paying homage to the one and only Elvis Presley. This commemorative bike honours the King's love for Triumph motorcycles and celebrates his enduring legacy.
Only 925 units of the Triumph Elvis Presley Bonneville T120 will be available worldwide. This makes it an instant collector's item for motorcycle and music enthusiasts. The design draws inspiration from Elvis's iconic 1968 Comeback Special, featuring a bold "ELVIS" inscription in gold lettering alongside his signature. A true fan will recognise the "Taking Care of Business in a Flash" emblem. This is a nod to Elvis's work ethic and a symbol worn by his Memphis Mafia entourage.
The motorcycle has a rich Carnival Red colour scheme, inspired by the custom-built J Daar Triumph Bonneville created to raise funds for the Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation in 2023. This special edition T120 carries on the legacy of Elvis's connection to the brand, which began in 1965 when he fell in love with a friend's T120 and subsequently ordered one for each member of his Memphis Mafia.
Each Triumph Elvis Presley Bonneville T120 has a numbered handlebar clamp with a laser-etched Elvis Presley signature. The motorcycle arrives in a one-of-a-kind Elvis Presley and Triumph Motorcycles record sleeve, complete with a Sony gold record disc and a certificate of authenticity co-signed by Triumph's CEO and Jamie Salter, head of Elvis Presley Enterprises.
While the limited-edition Triumph Elvis Presley Bonneville T120 steals the spotlight with its commemorative features, the engine remains the classic Triumph Bonneville powerhouse. This bike packs a 1200cc air-cooled, parallel-twin engine churning out 78.9 bhp and 105 Nm.
The customer response to the custom Triumph Bonneville charity bike earlier this year was phenomenal as mentioned by Paul Stroud, Triumph's Chief Commercial Officer. This new T120 celebrates the biggest-selling solo artist in history. Triumph is confident that its customers will be thrilled to own this magnificent tribute.
The Triumph Bonneville T120 Elvis Presley Limited Edition will be available at dealerships in July, with a price tag of $15,495 (₹12.92 lakh). So, if you're a motorcycle aficionado with a touch of rock and roll swagger, this limited-edition tribute to the King is a surefire way to turn heads and keep the spirit of Elvis Presley alive on every ride.
