Triumph Scrambler 400 XC Teased Ahead Of Launch

More than a month since we spotted Triumph shooting a TVC with the Scrambler 400 X sporting tubeless spoke wheels and a slightly more rugged look, the brand has now released the first teaser image of the same, confirming its launch in the coming days. The teaser image shows a quarter of the front of the bike with the high-rise mudguard visible. The headlight has also been teased, sporting a grill, which is otherwise available with the Scrambler 400 X too. As for the new bike, it has been touted will be called the Scrambler 400 XC, and bookings for the same have already commenced in select showrooms. Wherein, dealers are accepting bookings of the bike by unofficially revealing its asking price, which is apparently set at ₹2.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

We’ve already confirmed several details of the upcoming Scrambler 400 XC. From new colour options to more purposeful hardware – the Scrambler 400 XC will come with all those extra features for ₹28,000 more than the standard Scrambler 400 X. The latter was also recently updated with a new colour option, and a slight price hike. However, both the bikes will be mechanically the same, powered by the same 398 cc liquid-cooled engine that churns out 39.5 bhp and 37.5 Nm.
