The TFC variant is a limited-edition offering with just 750 units set to be built.

Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled the 2026 Triumph Speed Twin 1200 TFC, reviving its exclusive Triumph Factory Custom (TFC) badge for a fifth time. The new bike is  a limited-production modern classic that blends premium components, bespoke styling, and sporting intent. Limited to 750 individually numbered motorcycles worldwide, the new Speed Twin 1200 TFC is priced at $25,000 (approximately ₹24.03 lakh).

Positioned as the most exclusive Speed Twin ever built, the TFC is widely seen as the spiritual successor to the discontinued Triumph Thruxton TFC. It features a more aggressive riding position thanks to low-mounted clip-on handlebars and rearset footpegs, while fully adjustable Ohlins upside-down forks replace the Marzocchi units found on the Speed Twin 1200 RS. Matching Ohlins twin rear shocks, Brembo Stylema radial brake calipers, and Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tyres further enhance its dynamic credentials.

Power comes from Triumph’s familiar 1200 cc parallel-twin engine, producing 103.5 bhp and 112 Nm of torque. While performance figures remain unchanged from the Speed Twin 1200 RS, the TFC focuses on delivering a more refined riding experience through its upgraded chassis and premium hardware. Exclusive touches include Akrapovic titanium megaphone silencers with carbon-fibre end caps, gloss carbon-fibre mudguards, side panels and heel guards, all finished in a distinctive Obsidian Gold paint scheme with metallic gold flakes. Despite the extensive use of lightweight materials, the TFC weighs a claimed 214 kg wet, just 2 kg less than the Speed Twin 1200 RS.

Each motorcycle is individually numbered and includes a laser-etched billet aluminium top yoke, a signed certificate of authenticity, an indoor motorcycle cover, and a waterproof seat cover. We aren’t sure whether or not Triumph will offer this exclusive bike for the Indian market, but we are hopeful a few units are allotted for our enthusiasts.
