TVS has expanded its talent pool to include riders from three new countries for the first time.
TVS Racing has announced an international roster of riders for the 2025 Idemitsu FIM Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC). The Hosur-based brand has expanded its talent pool to include competitors from Spain, England, and Argentina for the first time.
The championship's fourth season will begin at Thailand's Chang International Circuit from April 25-27. It will feature 15 elite riders from 12 countries competing across six rounds. For the new season, TVS has developed an enhanced version of the Apache RR 310 race bike, which has already set impressive records including a class top speed of 216 kmph in 2024 and lap records at both the Chang International Circuit (1:48.33) and Malaysia's Sepang International Circuit (2:20.80). The 2025 race bike will feature several performance upgrades, including increased engine power (+0.5 bhp), friction reduction technology, and improved cooling efficiency. Mid-season enhancements will also be introduced to debut a more compact design with 14 per cent less aerodynamic drag, modified gear ratios, and optimised rear suspension.

The 2025 season holds special significance as TVS celebrates the 20th anniversary of its Apache brand, which has built a community of over 4,00,000 riders in the Apache Owners Group worldwide. The lineup combines seven returning racers, including three from India, with eight newcomers. Last year's championship was won by Japan's Hiroki Ono, while India's Sarthak Chavan made history by becoming the first Indian rider to achieve a top-three international finish. Both riders will return for the 2025 season.
