TVS Motor Company's operating PBT rose 40% to Rs 4,975 crore from ₹3,563 crore in the previous year, while operating EBITDA margin was 12.9% compared with 12.3% last year.
TVS Motor Company reported revenue of Rs 47,270 crore for FY26, up 30% from Rs 36,251 crore in FY25, the company said in its audited results for the year ended March 31, 2026. Operating PBT rose 40% to Rs 4,975 crore from ₹3,563 crore in the previous year, while operating EBITDA margin was 12.9% compared with 12.3% last year.
The company said total two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales for FY26 stood at 58.89 lakh units, up 24% from 47.44 lakh units in FY25. Motorcycle sales rose to 27.13 lakh units from 21.95 lakh units, scooter sales increased to 24.13 lakh units from 19.04 lakh units, electric vehicle sales grew to 3.71 lakh units from 2.79 lakh units, and three-wheeler sales increased to 2.19 lakh units from 1.35 lakh units.
In the March quarter, TVS Motor posted revenue of Rs 12,808 crore, compared with a normalised Rs 9,392 crore in the same quarter of FY25. Operating EBITDA margin was 13.1% in the quarter, against a normalised 12.5% a year earlier, while operating PBT was Rs 1,375 crore, up from a normalised Rs 936 crore.
For the quarter, total sales rose 28% to 15.60 lakh units from 12.16 lakh units in the same period last year. Motorcycle sales were 6.93 lakh units, scooter sales were 6.60 lakh units, EV sales were 1.15 lakh units, and three-wheeler sales were 0.60 lakh units.
The highs were revenue, operating PBT and sales at record levels for FY26 and the March quarter. The lows were not stated as losses in the release, but the company noted that Q4 FY25 included PLI benefit, so year-on-year comparison for the quarter was normalised for revenue, EBITDA and PBT.
