The 2025 Mahindra Bolero Classic is offered in four variants — B4, B6, B6(O) and B8 — all powered by the 1.5-litre mHawk75 diesel (75 bhp at 3,600 rpm, 210 Nm at 1,600–2,200 rpm), paired with a 5-speed manual. It measures 3,995 mm long, 1,745 mm wide and 1,880 mm high, rides on a 2,680 mm wheelbase, and seats seven in a 5+2 layout with 215/75 R15 tyres. All variants get ABS with EBD, dual airbags, reverse parking sensors, engine immobiliser, seat-belt reminders, micro-hybrid (engine start/stop) and a digital driver information cluster.

Prices (ex-showroom, India): B4: ₹7.99 lakh; B6: ₹8.69 lakh; B6(O): ₹9.09 lakh; B8: ₹9.69 lakh. Mahindra announced the new B8 trim and the full variant-wise pricing at launch.

B4: Entry variant

  • Exterior and design: Black front grille, side cladding, spare wheel cover; steel wheels without wheel caps; no fog lamps.
  • Cabin and convenience: Manual AC, heater, demister; 7 seats with vinyl upholstery; RideFlo ride and handling tech; power steering; flip key; remote fuel lid opener; first-row seatback pouch; digital cluster.
  • Safety and tech: ABS with EBD, dual front airbags, reverse parking sensor, engine immobiliser, seat-belt reminders; micro-hybrid start/stop.
  • Who should consider: Fleet and rural users prioritising core utility and lowest acquisition cost. Ex-showroom price: ₹7.99 lakh.

B6: Mid variant

  • Adds over B4: Chrome front grille bezels, wheel caps, centre bezel with cubic finish; power windows, central locking, key with remote; steering-mounted audio controls; 12V socket and USB Type-C charging; front map pockets and bottle holders on door trims; touchscreen infotainment (17.8 cm).
  • Upholstery: Fabric seats.
  • Fog lamps: Not equipped on B6.
  • Who should consider: Buyers wanting essential convenience, factory audio/connectivity and better cabin practicality. Ex-showroom price: ₹8.69 lakh. 

B6(O)

Adds over B6: Rear wash & wiper; static bending headlamps; fog lamps (steel-finish housings).BoleroClassic_Brochure.pdf

  • Upholstery: Fabric carried over.
  • Who should consider: Users driving in low-light/rainy conditions who need better visibility and rear hygiene features without stepping to top trim. Ex-showroom price: ₹9.09 lakh.

B8: New top variant

  • Exterior and design: Chrome grille with bezels; fog lamps; diamond-cut alloy wheels (R15); spare wheel cover; side cladding; new Stealth Black exterior option alongside Diamond White, Rocky Beige and DSAT Silver.
  • Cabin and convenience: Leatherette upholstery; power windows and central locking; steering-mounted controls; 17.8 cm touchscreen infotainment; USB Type-C charging; bottle holders in door trims; map pockets; digital cluster; RideFlo ride and handling tech.
  • Visibility and convenience: Static bending headlamps; rear wash & wiper.
  • Who should consider: Private buyers seeking the most equipment, refreshed styling and the highest value proposition in the range. Ex-showroom price: ₹9.69 lakh.
