Vivo V30 Pro Leaked, First V Series Device With Zeiss Optics

The Vivo V30 Pro has broken cover, with renders revealing it will be the first Vivo smartphone with Zeiss optics. Until now, Zeiss optics have been reserved for Vivo’s X series of smartphones. Currently, the X100 Pro is arguably the best camera phone in the world, something we also detail in our review. The V series is more focused on design and photography, less so on leading-edge performance.

This phone was recently leaked on Geekbench, where its benchmark scores were revealed. The leaked renders, which have come from 91Mobiles, reveal the phone in twin colours — turquoise and black. The back of the phone reveals a triple camera array with the Zeiss branding and flag module.

This could mean it will not only have Zeiss tuning but also Zeiss custom bokeh styles, which are simulated variants of iconic Zeiss lens styles and LUTs.

The phone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 system on a chip and 12GB RAM with up to 512GB of storage. The display is a premium feature of the phone with a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen with a 2800x1260 pixel resolution.

It will have a brightness of 2800 nits and a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging and IP54 water and dust resistance. This phone will likely cost less than Rs 50,000.
