Volvo Car India has launched its most affordable electric SUV in India today, the EX30, at ₹39.99 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom, India). This introductory price is valid till October 19, 2025, post which, the EX30 will be priced at ₹41 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Deliveries for the EX30 will begin in the first week of November 2025. The introductory price is also part of Volvo’s festive season offers, and customers booking the car before October 19 will be able to avail the discounted price.

The EX30 will be assembled at Volvo’s Hosakote plant in Bengaluru. Volvo will provide each EX30 with an 11 kW charger as standard. The EX30 will also come with 3 years of comprehensive warranty, a 3-year service package, 3 years of roadside assistance, a warranty of up to 8 years or 1.60 lakh km on the battery, and a 5-year subscription to Volvo’s connected car tech.

Powering the EX30 is a single electric motor on the rear axle, churning out 268 bhp and 343 Nm. It has a 69 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 480 km (WLTP). The EX30 can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.3 seconds and has a top speed of 180 kmph.

The EX30 comes with tech like a 12.3-inch vertical touchscreen with Android operating system, wireless Apple CarPlay, Harman Kardon audio system, fixed panoramic glass roof, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, digital key and a wireless charger, among others. Safety features include multiple airbags, ADAS, ABS with EBD and more.
