Xiaomi has launched a new premium productivity and entertainment tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 7, as well as matching accessories in India. The main selling point of this tablet is its 3.2K resolution screen. The company is offering an anti-glare, anti-reflection “nano-texture” matte display, which it says is a first in India, as an optional extra on the highest-priced variant.
The base variant has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and is priced at ₹27,999 in India. Buyers can choose between Graphite Grey and Mirage Purple body colours. The Xiaomi Pad 7 is also available with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for ₹30,999, with an additional Sage Green colour option. This variant will also be available with “nano-texture” glass as an option, priced at ₹31,999 starting in February. ICICI Bank and SBI Bank cardholders can get ₹1,000 off on purchases.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 has a metal unibody and weighs 500g. The 11.2-inch 3.2K LCD panel has a 3200x2136 resolution, 144Hz peak refresh rate, and 3:2 aspect ratio. Brightness goes up to 600 nits or 800 nits with HDR content. It supports Dolby Vision and 12-bit colour, covering the DCI-P3 colour gamut. Xiaomi has used Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for screen protection.

There’s a 13-megapixel rear camera capable of 4K 30fps video recording, and an 8-megapixel front camera which tops out at 1080p 30fps. The 8850mAh battery can be charged at up to 45W. There are four speakers and Dolby Atmos sound enhancement.
There’s a USB 3.2 Gen1 port (5Gbps), Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.4, and an infrared emitter, along with multiple environmental sensors. The Xiaomi Pad 7 runs HyperOS 2, based on Android 15. Software features include AI-powered text and subtitle generation, and a desktop-friendly UI.
Xiaomi’s new snap-on Focus Keyboard is priced at ₹8,999 and features a hinge with a 124-degree range of motion, adaptive keyboard backlight, touchpad, and magnetic connector for power.
