The new Touring pack has been introduced for the Japanese-spec Yamaha MT-03, though.
Yamaha has introduced a new Touring Pack for the MT-03 exclusively for the Japanese market to compliment the bike’s long-distance touring credentials. This comprehensive upgrade addresses a few key areas with the major focus being on comfort during extended journeys.
There are five accessories to choose from the new accessory pack. At the forefront is a tall touring screen that will help protect you from wind blast and ensure riders don’t get tired very easily during long rides. Complementing this are knuckle guards that will not just protect your hand, but also add an aggressive aesthetic, courtesy its customisable graphics. Yamaha has also added a quickshifter for seamless clutchless gear shifts and a purpose-built touring seat bag, for those seeking storage solutions with the naked sport bike.

Besides these additions, the Yamaha MT-03 has not undergone any changes, both mechanically and hardware-wise. It continues to be powered by the same 321 cc liquid-cooled engine that delivers 42 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 29.6 Nm at 9,000 rpm. The six-speed transmission features an assist-and-slipper clutch, which further helps riding this bike less strenuous.
The Yamaha MT-03 with the Touring pack in Japan is priced at 7,60,000 Japanese Yen (which is around ₹4.36 lakh). In India, Yamaha still retails the previous iteration of the MT-03, but the touring pack has been introduced with the 2025 iteration. Will India gain the 2025 MT-03? We can’t say for sure as of yet.
