It is the 11th city where the electric ride sharing app has entered as part of its nationwide expansion.
India’s shared EV technology provider, Yulu has launched its services in Noida, marking a strategic move into the dynamic Delhi-NCR market. Noida becomes the 11th city in Yulu's nationwide network and the seventh where the company has a direct presence. This expansion reinforces Yulu's commitment to supporting Uttar Pradesh's vision for mainstream electric mobility.
Starting with technology-driven, sustainable, and affordable hyperlocal deliveries, Yulu's EV platform will cater to Noida's booming economy and thriving quick commerce and food delivery sectors. Amit Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO of Yulu, expressed excitement about the Noida launch, stating, "Noida's infrastructural growth and digital economy make it a perfect fit for our sustainable e-mobility services." Yulu's expansion aligns with Uttar Pradesh's EV Manufacturing and Mobility Policy, which encourages fleet operators to electrify last-mile logistics.
The introduction of Yulu's goods mobility services will play a pivotal role in supporting Noida's hyperlocal delivery ecosystem. The launch will be anchored by a newly opened Yulu Center in Sector 63, which will serve as the operational hub for the company's future expansion in the region.
On the other hand, Yulu is also working on expanding into foreign shores with its EV 2-wheeler ecosystem. Additionally, the company is also targeting the next financial year to attain profitable status.
