It gets bits that even the 250 Duke doesn’t get.
While most manufacturers are warming up to the festive month with a slew of discounts, KTM has decided to take a different route. The Austrian brand has updated the 200 Duke with a bunch of new colour options and the new 5-inch TFT display from the 3rd gen 390 Duke.
Consequently, the KTM 200 Duke has gained a host of new features. Starting with Bluetooth connectivity, which gives you access to call/SMS alerts, music control, and turn-by-turn navigation – all of which can be accessed via the KTM My Ride app. To control these new features, the KTM 200 Duke has been befitted with new switchgear, and the 4-way menu switch cube, both of which have been picked up from the latest 390 Duke. With the new cluster, the 200 Duke will now also get a dual colour theme with rpm shift, wherein when you’ve rev the bike to its highest rpm, the screen colour will change to orange, indicating that a gear shift is necessary. The surprising bit is that this console is available on the 200 Duke and the 250 Duke still has to make do with the simple and basic LCD screen.

Additionally, the KTM 200 Duke is now available with Supermoto ABS. This feature allows you to turn the ABS off at the rear wheel, thereby allowing the rider to slide on off-road, loose gravel conditions. There are also three new shades: Metallic Silver, Electronic Orange, and Dark Galvano.
Beyond these changes, the KTM 200 Duke has remained the same, both mechanically and aesthetically. So it continues to be powered by the same 24.67 bhp/ 19.3 Nm, liquid-cooled, 199.5 cc engine. The new chiselled body design has also stayed the same, along with those suspension and brake components.

However, with all the new additions, the KTM 200 Duke has now become slightly expensive. At ₹2.04 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), it is now pricier by ₹4,000 from before.
