Deliveries for the new updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 will start from September 1 onwards.
Royal Enfield has breathed some freshness into the Classic 350 by upgrading it with subtle yet functional tweaks. While prices are yet to be revealed for the new updated 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350, deliveries will start from September 1 onwards. The tweaks aim to make the Classic 350 more relevant and modern, thus keeping up with the times.
As part of that necessity, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 will use LED lights for the first time. The top Dark and Chrome variants also get LED indicators, but LED pilot lamps, headlights, and tail lights are standard across all variants.
The vintage-style instrument cluster has also been updated, albeit just by including the gear position indicator. Additionally, adjustable clutch levers are another welcome addition that should make matters easier in heavy traffic situations with the updated 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350. However, it will be available only for the top trim models.
Lastly, the arrival of these new additions is announced by seven new colour options: Emerald contrast chrome, Jodhpur blue, Madras Red, Medallion Brown, Commandos Sand, and Stealth. The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Dark+alloy wheels and Chrome variants continue.
Beyond these upgrades, the bike has mechanically remained the same. It has the same 349 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm and is paired to a 5-speed transmission. The suspension and brake equipment are also the same, except the 2024 RE Classic 350 will not be available with single-channel ABS at all.
All of these updates are expected to raise the price, and the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is expected to be ₹5,000-7000 more expensive than the current motorcycle's price range of ₹1.93 to ₹2.13 lakh (Ex-showroom, India). In this price range, it will compete with the Honda CB350, Triumph Speed 400, and Jawa 350.
