The updated Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is expected to debut with new hardware components and features.
The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 will receive its first set of extensive updates after a decade of being in production. The brand has been warming up to the occasion with several teasers, and while the exact launch date is still under wraps, a fully camouflaged test mule of the same was spotted being tested in public. Here’s what we have gather has changed, and what will remain the same.
Mechanically, the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 will remain the same. This means that it will continue to be powered by the same liquid-cooled, 199.5 cc, single-cylinder engine that is good for 24.1 bhp and 18.7 Nm of peak torque. All of which are sent to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox.
The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 has always been an aggressive-looking bike with its fair share of dramatic appeal. Its bulky proportions, coupled with that chiselled fairing design was one of the most sophisticated styling to ever come out of the house of Bajaj. With the 2025 Pulsar RS200, the Chakan-based manufacturer seems to have decided not to change much, except for its face. Yes, just like the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, which looked slightly different from the front, because of those new LED DRLs – we might see a similar treatment with the Pulsar RS200 as well. And while the dual-projector LED headlamp design will continue, the layout might be altered for something that looks more sharper than before.
Similarly, the Pulsar RS200 is also expected to gain the same fully digital LCD cluster as the Pulsar NS200. This console supports Bluetooth connectivity and along with that call/SMS alerts, notification alerts, and turn-by-turn navigation as well.
All of these changes are expected to push the asking price of the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 a bit up north. Given the current bike is priced at ₹1.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), we can expect the 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 to get expensive by around ₹5000-₹6000.
