The latest updates focus on bringing out a darker, eerier vibe from the Scrambler.
Ducati has updated its Scrambler lineup for 2025 with two distinctive new models: the minimalist Icon Dark and the race-inspired Full Throttle. Here’s what each one is packing:
2025 Ducati Scrambler: Icon Dark
The Icon Dark embraces a stripped-down aesthetic with an all-black colour scheme. This new variant emphasises the core essence of the Scrambler design while offering extensive customisation options. The model features a black teardrop-shaped fuel tank with modernised Scrambler branding, complemented by matching dark elements throughout, including the front mudguard and side panels.
2025 Ducati Scrambler: Full Throttle
In contrast, the Full Throttle model continues to draw inspiration from flat track racing. The bike sports distinctive side number plates featuring "62" – a nod to the original Scrambler's 1962 debut. Standard equipment includes a Termignoni exhaust system, LED indicators, and a bi-directional quickshifter. The model's racing DNA is further emphasised by a lowered handlebar, short front fender, and the absence of a rear mudguard.
Both models build upon Ducati's second-generation Scrambler platform, introduced in 2023. This foundation combines retro styling with modern technology, featuring a 4.3-inch TFT display, ride-by-wire throttle control, and cornering ABS. The 803 cc, Desmodromic L-twin engine has been updated making it lighter and more refined than before. However, it continues to put out the same 72 horses from before. Thus maintaining the Scrambler's characteristic performance and at the same time meeting current emissions standards.
Ducati will support both models with an extensive range of factory accessories and apparel, all of which can be previewed through the company's online configurator. In India, the Ducati Scrambler is available in three variants - Icon, Full Throttle, and Nightshift. Earlier this year, Ducati introduced a bunch of new accessories with the Scrambler 800 range. And earlier this year, the Ducati Scrambler also won our most coveted #TOTM Premium ADV Bike Of The Year.
