2026 Bajaj Pulsar 150 Spotted At Dealership Ahead Of Official Launch

The upcoming Bajaj Pulsar 150 has been spotted at an Indian dealership ahead of its official launch, revealing several key updates. The latest model is more than just a cosmetic refresh, as it is built on an all-new platform featuring a redesigned chassis, a new engine and an upgraded feature list. The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is among the highest-selling motorcycles for Bajaj Auto and the new generation bike has broken cover as the brand celebrates the Pulsar’s 25th anniversary in 2026.

One of the biggest highlights of the new Bajaj Pulsar 150 is its newly developed 150 cc air-and-oil-cooled engine. This replaces the outgoing air-cooled motor that produced around 14 bhp. While Bajaj has not revealed the official specifications yet, the new engine is expected to deliver higher power and torque figures. The other big change could be in NVH levels as the older engine was very vibey by modern standards. 

The new Pulsar 150 adopts Bajaj's latest design philosophy, closely resembling the recently spotted Pulsar 125. While it retains the familiar Pulsar identity, the motorcycle receives several modern styling updates. It features a redesigned headlamp cowl with a compact flyscreen that gives it a sportier appearance. The muscular fuel tank is complemented by bold tank shrouds, enhancing the bike's road presence. The side panels and rear section feature cleaner lines, while the signature twin LED tail lights have been carried forward with a twist. 

Underneath the bodywork, the Bajaj Pulsar 150 rides on a completely new chassis, which has been designed to improve handling and stability. The suspension setup includes conventional telescopic front fork, but the twin shock absorbers have been replaced with a modern monoshock unit. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in tubeless tyres.

Stopping power is courtesy a front disc brake and rear drum brake, while single-channel ABS adds an extra layer of safety.

The 2026 Pulsar 150 also receives a new LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. Pricing for the older Bajaj Pulsar 150 started at ₹1.14 lakh (ex-showroom) and we expect the new generation to carry a premium of ₹2,000-5,000 over its predecessor.
