Yamaha has updated the Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid with a refreshed design, new features and improved styling.
Yamaha India has introduced an updated version of the Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid, bringing a refreshed design and feature enhancements to the popular scooter.
The latest update focuses on styling, with a more compact and contemporary silhouette aimed at appealing to younger buyers. The rear section has been redesigned with a sculpted tail, updated taillights, flashers and Yamaha’s 'Viconic' lighting signature, giving the scooter a more premium and balanced appearance. The shorter rear profile also improves agility, making it better suited for urban riding conditions.
These design updates have been developed by Yamaha’s India-based R&D team, based on customer feedback, highlighting the company’s focus on a customer-centric and design-led approach.
Mechanically, the scooter continues with a 125 cc engine with E20 fuel compatibility. It generates 8.1 bhp of power at 6,500 rpm and 10.3 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. It also features a smart motor generator that enhances acceleration, according to the company.
The Fascino has undergone multiple upgrades since its launch in 2015. Initially introduced as a 110cc scooter, it moved to a 125cc fuel-injected platform in 2019. In 2021, Yamaha added hybrid technology with Smart Motor Generator (SMG) and Power Assist. Subsequent updates have introduced features such as Enhanced Power Assist, a TFT instrument cluster and connectivity functions including navigation and answer-back.
The updated Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid is available in multiple variants and colours, with prices ranging between ₹76,500-95,200. (ex-showroom, Delhi).
