Filosa, who succeeds Carlos Tavares at the helm, emphasised his commitment to leveraging Stellantis' broad portfolio of brands and deep talent pool.
Antonio Filosa officially took charge today as the Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V., the global automotive group formed from the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Groupe PSA. Filosa, who succeeds Carlos Tavares at the helm, emphasised his commitment to leveraging Stellantis' broad portfolio of brands and deep talent pool. "It is my great privilege to take the lead of Stellantis, a global company with deep regional roots," Filosa stated. "We have unique strengths in our great people, our iconic brands, and our millions of customers."

The announcement builds on internal organisational changes outlined earlier in February 2025. The revised structure reflects a clear focus on decentralising product decisions and placing them closer to regional markets where Stellantis holds considerable experience and market understanding.
As part of the new Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT), Filosa will continue to oversee the North American region and American brands. Doug Ostermann remains Chief Financial Officer, with added responsibilities for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Jean-Philippe Imparato will continue to head Enlarged Europe and European brands, and will now also manage the Maserati brand.
Emanuele Cappellano joins the SLT as the head of South America and will additionally lead the Stellantis Pro One division, which focuses on commercial vehicles. Philippe de Rovira has been appointed to head the "Rest of World" operations, while also maintaining oversight of Stellantis Financial Services.

Davide Mele joins the leadership team to take charge of Product Planning. Ned Curic retains responsibility for Product Development and Technology. Newly appointed head of Quality, Sébastien Jacquet, also joins the SLT.
Other appointments include Monica Genovese as head of Purchasing and Scott Thiele in a newly created role as head of Supply Chain. Thiele’s position consolidates responsibilities previously spread across planning and manufacturing functions. Arnaud Deboeuf continues to lead Manufacturing operations.
Xavier Chéreau will continue overseeing Human Resources and Sustainability, while Clara Ingen-Housz joins the SLT in her role as head of Corporate Affairs and Communications.
In addition to the SLT, four senior executives will report directly to the CEO. Ralph Gilles remains head of Design, Olivier Francois will continue to lead Global Marketing, and Alison Jones has been appointed to oversee Parts & Services and the Circular Economy division. Giorgio Fossati continues as General Counsel.
