Asus unveiled a range of new AI-powered laptops at Computex 2024 including the Zenbook S 16, ProArt laptops and more.

At the launch event for Computex 2024, Asus unveiled a suite of products, introducing a new category of "Copilot+ PCs" with a 45+ TOPS NPU AI engine that brings AI capabilities.

The star of the event was the ultra-sleek Zenbook S 16 laptop, featuring a Ceraluminum ceramic hybrid material that makes it durable and visually striking in Scandinavian White and Zumaia Gray colours.

It can be configured with up to AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor with a 50 TOPS NPU. Despite an impossibly thin 1.1 cm profile weighing just 1.5 kg, it claims to deliver desktop-level performance with up to 28W TDP. The 16-inch 3K 120Hz OLED display, six-speaker sound system, and 40% larger touchpad enhance the multimedia experience.

Asus introduced new AI-enabled ProArt laptops, like the P16 clamshell, PX13 convertible, and detachable PZ13, for creative professionals. Powered by AMD Ryzen AI CPUs and up to NVIDIA RTX 4070 GPUs, these lightweight, durable laptops pack over 300 TOPS AI performance. The ProArt P16 stands out with its 4K Lumina OLED display and Asus Dialpad, ideal for intensive creative tasks. The PX13 convertible and PZ13 detachable models offer versatility and portability, making them perfect for on-the-go creativity.

Asus also unveiled the TUF Gaming A16 and A14 laptops, featuring up to AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40-series GPUs. The ultraportable A14 fits a 100W GPU in a 1.46kg, 1.69cm chassis, while the A16 offers up to an RTX 4070 and a staggering 402 TOPS of total AI horsepower. These laptops boast high-refresh-rate G-SYNC displays and advanced cooling systems, ensuring smooth and immersive gaming experiences.

Asus also introduced the Vivobook S 15, its first Copilot+ PC. It features a 15.6-inch 3K 120 Hz AsusLumina OLED display and a powerful battery for up to 18 hours of usage. The refreshed Vivobook lineup, including the S 14, S 15, and S 16 models, now sports slimmer and lighter designs with the latest AMD Ryzen processors. Asus additionally previewed the ExpertBook P5 for professionals and small office environments powered by Intel Core Ultra processors.

The Republic of Gamers (ROG) announced the latest version of the Zephyrus G16 gaming laptop, now equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU. It supports up to 402 TOPS of AI performance, making it a formidable tool for gaming and productivity. The Zephyrus G16 features a sleek design, ROG Intelligent Cooling, and a high-resolution OLED display with NVIDIA G-SYNC.
