Ather Energy Introduces Two New Experience Centers In Mumbai

Ather Energy is increasing its presence in Mumbai with the inauguration of two new experience centres in Panvel and Thane. This expansion brings the total number of Ather outlets in the city to five, making it easier for Mumbaikars to test ride and explore Ather's electric scooter lineup.

The new experience centres in Panvel and Thane add to the existing ones in Andheri East, Vasai East, and Ulhasnagar. Also on the other hand Ather previously closed dealerships in locations like Ghatkopar East and Malad. Currently, only the Ulhasnagar centre is directly operated by Ather, while the others are franchises.

Another Strengthens Grip on the Mumbai Market

Mumbai is a crucial market for Ather and its high-end products. The introduction of its new family scooter also seems like a perfect fit for people with a preference for a family scooter that can do some amount of sporty stuff. Also having dealerships in locations beyond just Mumbai Suburban instils confidence among buyers in those areas. These new experience centres will cater to this rising interest and provide convenient access to Ather's product range.

Ather's Electric Scooter Lineup with IDC Range

Ather currently offers four electric scooters. The Ather 450X is an Ather performance scooter that comes in two variants with different battery capacities and ranges. The Ather 450X has a 3.7 kWh battery and gets a 150 km IDC range while the Ather 450X has a 2.9 kWh battery and gets a 111 km IDC range. These are Ather's flagship models, known for their performance, style, and range.

The Ather 450S is the most affordable of the lot. It has the smallest battery 2.9 kWh battery with an IDC range of 110 km. It comes in a single variant. Ather has recently launched the Rizta. The newest member of the Ather family is designed for practicality and comfort. It comes in 2 variants with 2 different battery capacities. The base variant gets the same small 2.9 kWh battery pack as the Ather 450S and has a 115 km IDC range. The Ather Rizta Z has 2 battery pack options with 2.9kWh offering a 90 km IDC range and a 3.7kWh offering a 111 km IDC range. Lastly, there is the Ather 450 Apex which is the top-of-the-line scooter which offers the best performance. It comes with a 3.7 kWh battery and an IDC range of 157 km.

Ather's Service Network

In addition to its expanding retail network, Ather Energy also has a strong service network in Mumbai. Customers can avail of quick periodic maintenance services through Ather ExpressCare, which completes servicing within 60 minutes. Ather has also set up over 50 Ather Grid charging stations in Mumbai, with more than 200 spread across Maharashtra, ensuring convenient charging options for Ather scooter owners.
