Auto Sales June 2025: Suzuki Registers 8 Per Cent Growth

Suzuki reported that it cumulatively retailed 95,244 units in June 2025, which was 8% more than the 88,287 units it sold in June 2024. Its export business registered the maximum growth at 24% by exporting 21,130 units, as against the 17,201 units it exported in the same month last year. Compared to that, Suzuki India's domestic performance registered a modest year-on-year increase of just 4% by selling 73,934 units, against the 71,086 units it retailed in the same month last year. 

The majority of the sales for Suzuki continue to come from the Access 125. The family scooter was updated earlier this year, and it was the third highest selling scooter in the country in May 2025, wherein the badge alone registered sales of 75,778 units. This was a healthy 16.92% growth compared to 64,812 units it retailed in May 2024. 

Beyond that, Suzuki has also been actively working on enhancing its premium bike portfolio and keeping it up to date. Both the V-Strom 800 DE and the GSX-8R were updated in June to comply with the latest emission norms. But the best part is that despite complying with the OBD-2B emission norms, neither of the bikes has registered a drop in performance.
