Auto Sales October 2025: Bajaj Auto Reports 8% Growth

Bajaj Auto Limited has announced positive sales performance for October 2025, registering an 8% year-on-year increase to 5,18,170 units, including two-wheelers and commercial vehicles. 

The performance was propelled by strong export momentum, offsetting a modest domestic uptick, amid festive demand.

Total two-wheeler sales rose 7% to 4,42,316 units, with domestic dispatches up 4% at 2,66,470 units from 2,55,909 units in October 2024. Exports surged 11% to 1,75,846 units, reflecting Bajaj's global footprint in markets like Africa and Latin America.

Commercial vehicles showed mixed results, with domestic sales dipping 1% to 47,678 units from 47,922 units. However, exports more than compensated, skyrocketing 62% to 28,176 units, pushing the segment total up 16% to 75,854 units. Overall, domestic sales grew 3% to 3,14,148 units, while exports jumped 16% to 2,04,022 units.

For the April-October period, total sales climbed 4% to 29,23,527 units. Two-wheelers posted a 3% gain to 24,60,094 units, with domestic volumes down 6% at 13,92,390 units amid competitive pressures, but exports rose 16% to 10,67,704 units.

Commercial vehicles advanced 14% to 4,63,433 units, driven by a 53% export surge to 1,66,074 units, whereas domestic sales held flat at 2,97,359 units. Combined, domestic totals fell 5% to 16,89,749 units, while exports soared 20% to 12,33,778 units.

The company eyes sustained growth through upcoming launches and supply chain enhancements.
