The 350 cc Bajaj Dominar is priced at ₹2.03 lakh (ex-showroom), dropping from ₹2.40 lakh.

Bajaj Auto has announced the launch of a revised version of the Dominar 400 with a new 350 cc engine. The company says the change in engine displacement allows customers to benefit from a  lower 18 percent GST slab. Under the GST 2.0 regime that came into effect on 22 September 2025, all two-wheelers with an engine larger than 350 cc came under the 40 percent GST slab.

With this update, prices for the new Bajaj Dominar have come down to ₹2,03,214 (ex-showroom, Delhi) which is nearly ₹37,000 lower than before. The update is aimed at preserving the Dominar’s core identity while reducing the entry cost. Bajaj says the motorcycle continues to offer the same touring-oriented character, with a focus on power, comfort and long-distance capability.

Bajaj describes the Dominar as a true all-rounder, and that positioning has not changed with this update. The company says the motorcycle still carries its signature touring DNA, while now becoming more affordable through the passing on of the GST benefit. In practical terms, that means riders get a lower upfront cost without a change to the motorcycle’s fundamental role as a capable long-distance tourer.

Speaking on the announcement, Sarang Kanade, President - MCBU, Bajaj Auto Ltd., said “Dominar has always stood for our touring DNA - powerful, capable, and built for the long road. With the new Dominar 400 with 350cc engine we are staying true to that promise while making it significantly more accessible. Riders get the same Dominar experience they love, but now with a much lower cost of ownership, including meaningful savings.”

Expected 350 cc Bajaj Dominar Specs

Bajaj hasn’t revealed the official specifications for this new 350 cc engine. It remains to be seen if Bajaj will utilise the same 349 cc engine derived from the earlier Triumph 400 models or will it be based on the 373 cc mill that powered the previous Dominar 400 and also the Pulsar NS400Z.

Leaked specs indicate that the reduced displacement in the Dominar 400 has been achieved by reducing the stroke length from 60 mm to 56.1 mm while the bore stays the same at 89 mm. The new 350 cc engine is expected to deliver 39 bhp and 33.2 Nm of peak torque, which is a marginal drop of around 1 bhp and 2.8 Nm from the older 400 cc unit, respectively.

Apart from the engine tweak, there are no other changes to the new 350 cc Dominar. All the essential and premium features have been carried over. The bike utilises a beam type perimeter frame, integrated with 43 mm USD forks and a multistep adjustable monoshock unit with Nitrox at the rear. Front and rear travel is 135 mm and 110 mm, respectively.

The new 350 cc Dominar has 17-inch wheels at both ends, wrapped in 110/R70 front and 150/R60 rear tubeless tyres. Braking setup comprises 320 mm and 230 mm discs at the front and rear, respectively. Dual-channel ABS is offered as standard. Dominar 400 has an LED headlamp, traction control and 4 ride modes of Road, Rain, Sport and Off-road.
