It is a strong indicator that the Indian market might get better sales with more country specific products.

BMW has reported a strong performance in the first half of 2024, with a notable surge in sales of fully electric vehicles (BEVs). The BMW brand delivered 179,557 BEVs, marking a 34.1 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. This achievement is part of a broader trend of growth for the company, which sold a total of 1,096,486 units, a 2.3 per cent increase from the previous year. In total, the BMW Group delivered 1,213,359 vehicles across its BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce brands in the first half of the year.
