The BMW X6 M60i brings V8 trills with 523 bhp and 750 Nm.
BMW has officially introduced the high-performance X6 M60i xDrive variant in India with an ex-showroom price tag of ₹1.78 crore. The premium coupe-SUV is being brought into the country via the Completely Built Unit (CBU) import route.
At the heart of the X6 M60i xDrive lies a potent 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine. This high-performance powerplant generates a massive 523 bhp alongside a peak torque rating of 750 Nm. The engine's power is directed to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission working in tandem with BMW's intelligent xDrive all-wheel-drive system. According to official performance claims, the luxury coupe-SUV can sprint from a standstill to 100 km/h in an impressive 4.3 seconds, before reaching an electronically governed top speed of 250 km/h.
To complement its high straight-line speeds, BMW has equipped the vehicle with an advanced array of performance-oriented chassis hardware. The SUV comes standard with an M Sport differential to optimise rear-wheel traction, an adaptive suspension setup tailored for sharp cornering control, high-performance M Sport brakes, and an active rear-axle steering system designed to improve high-speed stability and low-speed urban manoeuvrability.

Visually, the M60i xDrive distinguishes itself from standard SUV trims through an aggressive, wind-tunnel-tested M aerodynamic body kit. The front fascia features a distinctive blacked-out signature kidney grille paired with a unique front bumper incorporating significantly larger cooling vents to feed the V8 powerplant. The side profile is dominated by massive 21-inch alloy wheels that house striking red brake calipers, while the rear end is finished with a sporty diffuser assembly and quad exhaust tips.
Inside the cabin, the X6 benefits from the brand's latest digital architecture, highlighted by a large curved dual-screen installation. The driver cockpit houses a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster positioned alongside a massive 14.9-inch central touchscreen infotainment display. The luxury quotient is further elevated through a suite of premium convenience features, including heated and ventilated front seats, a dedicated wireless smartphone charging pad, a hands-free powered tailgate, and an expansive panoramic glass sunroof.
