Citroën Basalt and Tata Curvv.ev Deliveries Commence

Citroën and Tata Motors have both commenced the delivery of its highly anticipated SUV coupés. Citroën officially handed over the keys to the first customer of its Basalt, at the La Maison Citroën dealership in Delhi. Meanwhile, Tata Motors has begun delivering its Curv.ev, to customers across the country. The handover ceremony of the Basalt was attended by Thierry Koskas, Citroën Brand CEO, Shailesh Hazela, MD & CEO of Stellantis India, and Shishir Mishra, Brand Head of Citroën India.

"Today is a landmark moment for Citroën in India as we deliver the very first Basalt to our esteemed customer in Delhi, giving Indian roads its first mainstream ICE SUV coupé. The Basalt embodies our commitment to bringing innovative and stylish mobility solutions to the Indian market," said Koskas.

Shailesh Hazela added, “The Basalt has already received an overwhelmingly positive response from customers, reflecting their appreciation for the innovation, comfort, and style that Citroën is known for."

Simultaneously, Tata Motors has started delivering the Curvv.ev. Priced from ₹17.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India) onwards. The Curvv.ev is available in five variants—Creative, Accomplished, Accomplished+ S, Empowered+, and Empowered+ A. Additionally, the vehicle comes in five colours: Virtual Sunrise, Flame Red, Empowered Oxide, Pristine White, and Pure Grey.
