The cash discount is applicable on select Kawasaki bikes.
With the festive season right around the corner, Kawasaki India has announced discounts for a few of its motorcycles. The discount is valid till 30 September and on selected products as mentioned before. The biggest discount is on the Kawasaki Ninja 650 as the Japanese brand is now offering ₹25,000 discount on the ex-showroom pricing of ₹7.16 lakh (ex-showroom). This announcement comes close on the heels of the Triumph Daytona 660 making its India debut last week. The Kawasaki Ninja 650 is a sports-tourer and one of the most popular offering from the Japanese brand in our market. It should be noted that Kawasaki had offered a ₹30,000 discount on the Ninja 650 earlier this year as well. The Ninja 650 is powered by a 649cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor delivering 67 bhp and 64 Nm. As part of the latest updates, the bike received LED headlight, TFT screen and Bluetooth connectivity.
The other two Kawasaki motorcycles to get festive season discounts are the sporty offerings - Ninja 300 and the Ninja 500. Both the Ninja duo are available with a cash discount of ₹10,000. The Ninja 500 is quite pricey at ₹5.14 lakh (ex-showroom), especially considering its rivals such as the Aprilia RS 457 and the KTM RC390. The Kawasaki Ninja 300 was the first to be heavily localised by the Japanese brand which helped in reducing its price. The Ninja 330 currently retails for ₹3.43 lakh (ex-showroom) and is the second most affordable bike from Kawasaki after the W175. While the discounts on the Ninja 300 and the Ninja 500 aren’t too significant, the money saved can be utilised in investing in a good quality riding gear.
