The Cybertruck Police has been modified for first responders like the police and firefighters.
US-based Tesla tuners, Unplugged Performance, via its in-house fleet vehicle fabrication and services department called โUP.FITโ has unveiled its latest creation โ the Cybetruck Police.ย
Built exclusively for first responders like the police and fire department, UP.FIT has equipped a host of mods that the company statesย are โinnovative, safe and reliable.โ While the specifics of the modifications have yet to be revealed, immediate details that are instantly noticeable include a suite of lights and sirens, custom UP.FIT alloy wheels, a PA system, and a new radio and computer system that apparently will have Starlink internet connectivity.ย
Additionally, prisoner partitions, custom storage for weapons, and a custom K9 enclosure are slated to be available with the Tesla Cybertruck Police. On the flip side, Unplugged Performance already has a range of aftermarket parts for the Cybertruck available in the USA. They range from a 2-inch lift kit to a trailer hitch and a rear bumper, along with various other accessories. We can safely assume that UP.FIT might equip the same with this custom fleet.ย
This is the second custom fleet from UP.FIT that is based on a Tesla. The company already has a custom Model Y and 3 electric vehicles fleet, for which some departments have already placed their orders. Deliveries for this new Cybertruck Police will start later this year, however, the exact date is yet to be specified by Unplugged Performance.
