Force Motors Registers 62% Domestic Wholesales Growth in August 2026

Force Motors Limited announced its monthly sales performance, reporting total domestic wholesales of 3,721 units for August 2026. This figure represents a 62% year-on-year growth compared to the 2,295 units delivered during the same month in 2025. The volume expansion reflects sustained demand across the manufacturer's vehicle lineup.

The sales increase was aided by the commercial launch and scale-up of the new Traveller N and Urbania Deluxe models. Production volumes for both vehicles have stabilised following their market introductions, allowing the company to fullfill demand across domestic markets. The Traveller N expands upon the established Traveller commercial platform, while the Urbania Deluxe aims to strengthen the brand's position within the premium shared mobility market.

Managing Director Prasan Firodia stated that the August performance reflects encouraging customer feedback across the portfolio, adding that the company will maintain its focus on consistent execution and product refinement.

Force Motors continues to be India's largest van maker, operating as a fully integrated automobile manufacturer specialising in vehicles, aggregates, and components. The company maintains contract manufacturing partnerships with global automotive brands, supplying and testing engines for all Mercedes-Benz cars and SUVs produced in India at its Chakan facility in Pune, as well as powering all locally produced BMW vehicles through its Chennai plant.
