Both marques will also work together to introduce more variants of the Harley-Davidson X440 in 2025.
In an exchange filing with the Security And Exchange Board India, Harley-Davidson and Hero MotoCorp has confirmed that both brands will be working on a new motorcycle. While details about this upcoming new model is still under wraps. On December 2024, Hero MotoCorp had trademarked the patent images of a new scrambler iteration of the Mavrick 440, so our guess is that the new product that Hero and Harley-Davidson mentioned in the filing will be this rugged bike.

On the same note, both the manufacturers also stated that it would further expand the Harley-Davidson X440 portfolio with new variants or body styles. Currently, the Harley-Davidson X440 is available in three variants — Denim, Vivid, and S. Prices start from ₹2.40 lakh onwards and tops out at ₹2.80 lakh onwards. The difference between these three variants are in there features list and different hardware components. So, how will these new variants differ from the rest will be revealed when the launch happens.
In addition to the new bike mentioned above, Hero MotoCorp will also be launching two 250 cc bikes in 2025. These include the Hero Xtreme 250R and the Hero Karizma XMR 250. Bothbikes were showcased at the 2024 EICMA motorcycle show, and you can read about the same in the aforementioned links. In addition to that, Hero MotoCorp is also gearing up to launch the bigger XPulse, aka, the XPulse 421. Sketch images of the bike were already showcased in Milan, and recently the patent images were trademarked by Hero MotoCorp. So 2025 will be a packed year for Hero MotoCorp, and the arrival of another 440 cc roadster from the manufacturer is the perfect icing on the slew of new launches set to take place next year.
