The Hero Vida VX2 will launch on July 1.
Fresh information has surfaced about Vida's forthcoming VX2 electric scooter before its official Indian debut. The leaked details cover colour options, battery specifications, and model variations for this upcoming two-wheeler.
The latest promotional materials from Vida showcase three shades: White, Red, and Blue. The remaining four choices include Yellow, Orange, Black, and Grey options. This represents a departure from the company's previous V2 model, which featured two-tone designs, as the VX2 will exclusively offer single-colour schemes with bold, vibrant appearances.
While trim levels are still unknown, reportedly, the Vida VX2 has been touted will be available in two distinct models -- Go and Plus. The primary difference between these versions lies in their battery pack and range offerings. The Go variant is expected to feature a single 2.2 kWh removable battery unit, while the Plus version might get a larger 3.4 kWh system with swappable technology. Although exact distance figures remain undisclosed, we expect the Go variant to be good for approximately 100 km on a single charge.
The company has scheduled the VX2's Indian launch for 1st July. It will serve as the brand’s entry-level product, competing directly with established players like the Bajaj Chetak 3001, Ola S1 Air, Ather 450S, and TVS iQube.
