Husqvarna Svartpilen 401: Image Gallery

The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 might be based on the same updated platform that also underpins the new KTM 390 Duke. But with a completely different approach towards this segment, it holds its grounds. The bike was launched last week with an ex-showroom price that undercuts the KTM 390 Duke by quite a reasonable margin.

The KTM 390 Duke on the other hand is priced at ₹3.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). 

However, the neo retro chic scrambler appearance of the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 is easier on the eyes.

The KTM 390 Duke with its in-your-face aggressive styling coupled with equally polarising colour options has its consumer base cut out with different appeal.

The cycle parts of the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 are identical to the new KTM 390 Duke as well.

However, with this new frame, Husqvarna has made significant changes to the dimension of the Svartpilen 401, which makes it more approachable than before.

And despite the decrease in seat height, the Svartpilen 401’s ground clearance has increased.

The feature list has also been updated. Replacing the old round instrument cluster from before, the 2024 Husqvarana Svartpilen 401 now gets a new 5-inch TFT instrument screen. However, the display style is completely different with a dark theme as standard.
