Lamborghini India sold 103 units in 2023, 11 more than it did in 2022.

Lamborghini celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2023 and it also turned out to be the most successful year in sales for the brand. Lamborghini sold more than 10,000 units in 2023, registering a 10 per cent growth compared to 2022. In India, Lamborghini sold 103 units, which is a nearly 12 per cent increase from 2022 when it sold 92 units.

Commenting on the record sales figure, Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO, Lamborghini, said, “It's a true source of pride for the whole company to have surpassed the 10,000-car delivery mark. This is a success made possible by the commitment of everyone, a major accomplishment based on true teamwork. But as always, we're not stopping at single milestones, and we're ready to take on more exciting new challenges in 2024.”

The USA recorded the highest sales for Lamborghini, with 3,000 units delivered in 2023. The USA was the only individual market to breach the four-digit sales mark. It was followed by Germany (961), China (845) and the United Kingdom (801).

The Urus remains the best-selling model for Lamborghini, registering total sales of 6,087 units. The Huracan came in second with 3,962 units delivered. Lamborghini sold 63 units of models powered by its V12 engine which includes the last 12 units of the Aventador and 51 special editions. The global sales tally for Lamborghini totals 10,112 units.

In 2023, Lamborghini unveiled its latest flagship supercar – the Revuelto – a V12-engined hybrid model producing 1,001 bhp and is priced at ₹8.89 crore in India. Watch our first-look video here. Furthermore, Lamborghini also unveiled the Lanzador, its fourth model in the lineup that is due to arrive by 2028. This all-electric model with purported 1,341 bhp on offer.
