The Temerario gets a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that has a bonkers 10,000 rpm rev limit.
Lamborghini has launched the Temerario in India at ₹6 crore (ex-showroom, India). The Temerario is the brand’s second supercar in India as well as the second High Performance Electric Vehicle (HPEV), following the Revuelto which came to India in 2023.
The Temerario is powered by a revolutionary 4.0-litre twin-turbo engine that revs to an insane 10,000 rpm. The engine, which produces 789 bhp and 730 Nm, is coupled to three electric motors and combined, the powertrain produces 907 bhp. All of this helps propel the Temerario from 0-100 kmph in 2.7 seconds (claimed) and has a claimed top speed of 343 kmph. It also has a 3.8 kWh battery pack.
Since it is a Lamborghini, it can’t be anything but radical looking. And it scores well on that front too. The Temerario has two-part headlights with slim units on the top and hexagonal LED DRLs in the bumper. It has the quintessential Lamborghini silhouette with two massive air vents behind the front doors. The rear is quite radical-looking too and the exhausts are now placed higher up in the rear bumper, similar to the Revuelto.
Inside, the Temerario gets three screens. There’s a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, an 8.4-inch infotainment touchscreen and a 9.1-inch display for the passenger. Like all Lamborghinis, it has a fighter jet-style starter button with a flip-up style cover. The steering wheel is shared with the Revuelto with a plethora of physical switches.
The Temerario competes with the likes of the McLaren 750S and Ferrari 296 GTB in the Indian market.
