Lava Blaze Curve 5G has launched as the latest budget 5G smartphone from the homegrown phone brand. The Lava Blaze Curve 5G offers a curved AMOLED display at an affordable price starting at Rs 17,999.
The Lava Blaze Curve 5G features a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification. It makes it one of the most affordable phones in India with such a display. The phone measures 8.8mm thick and weighs 189 grams.
The Blaze Curve 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 5G chipset, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on Android 13 out-of-the-box and Lava has assured version upgrades to Android 14 and 15, along with quarterly security updates for three years.
There is a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 64MP primary camera that uses a Sony sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, the phone packs a 32MP front camera.
A 5,000mAh battery powers the Blaze Curve 5G and Lava claims a talktime of 22 hours. It supports 33W fast charging and can fully charge from 0-100% in 83 minutes. The phone also has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
With the Blaze Curve 5G, Lava aims to make flagship features more accessible at competitive pricing and specs on offer.
The Lava Blaze Curve 5G is priced at Rs 17,999 for the 8GB+128GB storage variant and Rs 18,999 for the 256GB storage option.
The first sale will be held on March 11 across Lava's e-store, Amazon, and offline retailers.
