Upon launch, MG Majestor will lock horns with the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Jeep Meridian, Volkswagen Tayron R-Line, and Skoda Kodiaq.

JSW MG Motor will launch its new flagship named Majestor in India on 20 April 2026. The D-segment SUV was unveiled in its entirety, barring its prices, earlier in February this year. Pre-bookings for the Majestor is currently underway at a refundable token amount of ₹41,000. Interested buyers can reserve the Majestor online via the company’s official website or at the nearest MG dealership.

Upon launch, the Majestor will be MG Motor’s new flagship model sitting on top of the Gloster and possibly even replacing it. Let us quickly run through all that we know about the upcoming MG Majestor.

MG Majestor: Variants, Colour Options & Expected Price

The MG Majestor will be available in two variants: Sharp and Savvy, expected to be priced around ₹40 lakh and ₹45 lakh (both ex-showroom), respectively. MG will offer the Majestor in four colour schemes namely Metal Black, Pearl White, Concrete Grey, and Metal Ash.

MG Majestor: Design & Dimensions

Design is one of the major highlights for the MG Majestor with its massive road presence. The SUV features a split headlamp setup, with LED DRLs seamlessly integrated into the grille. Up front, it gets a flat bonnet and a chunky bumper, giving it a robust stance. Along the sides, pronounced wheel arches house large wheels, while the overall silhouette retains a boxy profile. At the rear, the SUV is equipped with connected tail lamps and twin exhaust tips. A prominent ‘Morris Garages’ badge is positioned just below the rear windscreen.

As for dimensions, the MG Majestor measures 5,046 mm in length, 2,016 mm in width, and 1,876 mm in height along with a 2,950 mm wheelbase. This makes the Majestor the longest, widest, and tallest in its segment, surpassing the Gloster. It also rolls on 19-inch alloy wheels, lending it a superior road presence.
