BMW Group India has officially introduced the new Mini Convertible John Cooper Works (JCW) Pack in the Indian market today. Priced at ₹61.50 lakh (ex-showroom), this exclusive edition arrives as a completely built-up unit and will be available in limited numbers across all authorised dealerships.
Under the bonnet, this Mini is powered by a TwinPower Turbo petrol engine delivering 201 bhp and 300 Nm of torque. This allows the car to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 6.9 seconds, reaching a top speed of 240 km/h. Power is managed by a 7-speed double-clutch Steptronic sport transmission that includes a specialised boost mode for enhanced performance.
Visually, the JCW Pack distinguishes itself with a unique front grille, sporty side skirts, and 17 inch JCW Sprint Spoke Black alloy wheels. Customers can choose between Legend Grey or Midnight Black exterior colours, complemented by piano black trim and iconic round LED headlights. The black soft-top roof is a highlight, capable of opening fully in 18 seconds at speeds up to 30 km/h, or partially as a sunroof.

Inside, the cabin features a minimalist design centred around a high-resolution circular OLED display running Mini Operating System 9. Sporty touches include JCW sports seats upholstered in recycled Vescin material and a new steering wheel with paddle shifters. Advanced features such as a Harman Kardon sound system, digital key access, and a suite of safety systems including rollover protection ensure a modern driving experience.
The latest generation of the Mini Convertible aims to blend the brand's signature go-kart handling with an aggressive, sporty aesthetic. According to Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO of BMW Group India, the JCW Pack is designed for enthusiasts who desire a bold personality and open-top freedom without compromising on premium design.
