The TVS-owned Norton brand has launched its flagship Manx R superbike in the UK. Featuring a 203 bhp V4 engine, the range offers four variants starting from roughly ₹26.03 lakh.

The TVS-backed Norton brand has officially marked its revival by announcing the price and specifications for its flagship superbike, the Manx R, in the UK market. This high-performance motorcycle is the cornerstone of the brand’s new chapter and will be available in four distinct variants: Standard, Apex, Signature, and the exclusive First Edition.

At the heart of the Manx R lies an all-new 1,200 cc, 72-degree V4 engine. This powerhouse delivers an impressive 203 bhp at 11,500rpm and 130 Nm of torque at 9,000rpm. While the engine and electronics package, including an 8-inch TFT display and a six-axis IMU, are uniform across the range, the variants are differentiated by their cycle parts and weight.

The base Standard model features manually adjustable Marzocchi suspension and cast aluminium wheels, weighing in at 210 kg. Moving up the range, the Apex variant introduces semi-active electronic suspension and lighter OZ Racing forged aluminium wheels, reducing the weight to 207kg. The premium Signature and First Edition variants are equipped with Rotobox Bullet Pro carbon-fibre wheels, bringing the weight down further to 203 kg and 201 kg respectively.

In terms of pricing, the range starts at £20,250 (approximately ₹26.03 lakh) for the Standard model. The Apex is priced at £24,750 (₹31.80 lakh), while the Signature carries a premium tag of £38,750 (₹49.77 lakh). The First Edition is limited to just 150 units and features bespoke titanium components and unique paint schemes, though its specific pricing is yet to be confirmed.

For the Indian market, there is big anticipation as Norton has already patented the design of the Manx R locally. While the exact variant line-up for India remains unconfirmed, the motorcycle is expected to make its official debut in the country within the coming months, marking a major milestone for TVS Motor Company’s premium global ambitions.
