Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Odysse Electric Vehicles has reported a notable rise in sales for March 2026, marking its highest-ever monthly performance. The company recorded total sales of 1,350 units during the month, reflecting steady momentum in India’s growing electric mobility segment.
The company leadership attributes the March performance to ongoing efforts in expanding market presence and improving product reliability. With demand for electric mobility continuing to rise, Odysse Electric plans to further strengthen its network, enhance customer experience, and introduce new products tailored to Indian consumers.
This performance represents a clear improvement over February 2026, when the company sold 1,127 units, translating to a month-on-month (MoM) growth of around 20 percent. Year-on-year (YoY) sales in March 2026 rose by approximately 137 percent compared to the same month last year, when 569 units were sold. However, this YoY growth is built on a very small growth of 781 units.

The strong YoY jump reflects a broader shift in consumer preference toward electric mobility, supported by increasing fuel costs, environmental concerns, and improving product offerings. Industry trends indicate that both urban and semi-urban markets are contributing to this demand uptick.
Odysse Electric has also been scaling its distribution network to support this growth. The company now operates across more than 150 cities and covers over 500 PIN codes spanning 17 states. This wider reach is helping the brand tap into new customer segments, particularly in regions where electric two-wheelers are gaining traction for daily commuting and last-mile connectivity.

The company’s current lineup includes a mix of low-speed and high-speed electric scooters such as the Hy-Fy, RACER NEO, SUN, TROT 2.0, SNAP and HAWK Li. These models cater to a range of use cases, from personal mobility to fleet operations.
In addition to scooters, Odysse has entered the premium motorcycle segment with models like the Evoqis and Vader. These products are aimed at riders looking for higher performance and extended range, broadening the brand’s appeal beyond entry-level buyers. The company also offers features such as IoT integration and multiple battery configurations, enabling flexibility across both consumer and business applications.
A key part of Odysse Electric’s strategy is its partnership with Indofast Energy, a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation and SUN Mobility. This collaboration introduces battery-swapping technology across select models, including the SNAP and Hy-Fy scooters. The initiative supports a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, which reduces upfront ownership costs and addresses common concerns such as charging time and range anxiety.
