Both the Revolt RV1 and RV1+ can be booked for just ₹499 only.
The newly launched Revolt RV1 and RV1+ electric motorcycles have already raked in 16,000 bookings within a week. Priced at ₹84,999 and ₹99,990 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively, these new electric commuter bikes get the benefit of swappable battery pack options and can carry a payload of up to 250 kg. Built and engineered for the urban jungle, the new Revolt RV1 and RV1+ electric bikes aim to take on the heavyweights in the commuter segment which include the likes of the petrol-powered Hero Splendor, Honda Shine, and the TVS Raider 125s.
However, given both are electric commuter motorcycles – the RV1 with a 2.2 kWh battery pack option gets a range of 100 km on a single charge, while the RV1+ with a slightly bigger 3.24 kWh battery pack can travel 160 km. To keep matters innovative, and convenient for daily use – Revolt has also provided the RV1s with a unique on-board storage space for its portable charger
Further helping keep costs under check – the Revolt RV1s are available with a chain-drive system, instead of the belt-drive system available with the Revolt RV400 range. And while the RV1 does get a fully digital instrument cluster, there are no Bluetooth connectivity options at all.
Speaking about the encouraging response to the RV1s, Anjali Rattan, chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited, shared, "The RV1 was designed with the everyday Indian commuter in mind, and to witness its acceptance at such a massive scale within a week is both thrilling and rewarding."
