Alongside the price hike, the Bullet 350 has also gained a new entry-level variant.
Royal Enfield has silently hiked the asking price of the Bullet 350 by ₹2,000-₹3,000. Along with it has also added a new Battalion Black variant which is now the most affordable Bullet 350 model at ₹1.75 lakh. The erstwhile entry-level Military variant is now priced at ₹1.76 lakh, making it ₹3,000 dearer than before. Meanwhile, the Standard variant has crossed the ₹2 lakh mark, up from its previous ₹1.97 lakh pricing and the top-spec Black Gold Edition at ₹2.18 lakh sees a hike of ₹2,000 (all prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Chennai).
Recently, the Bullet 350 sales have fallen below the Hunter 350. In April 2025, Royal Enfield sold 18,109 units of the Hunter 350 compared to 16,489 units of the Bullet 350. This change in preference for the Hunter 350 primarily stems from its youthful and funky appeal, which is aptly complimented by its affordable pricing structure.
For reference, the Hunter 350’s asking price starts from ₹1.50 lakh and tops out at ₹1.82 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai). Coupled with the new rear suspension, and features including a slip-and-assist clutch that makes it the first J-series bike to get the aid. It has become quite the fun and value for money bike for anyone looking to upgrade from a 150-200 cc bike.
As for the Royal Enfield Bullet 350, it has always been an iconic offering from the brand. Despite this price hike, it will continue to fetch buyers who will yearn for an honest, no-frills, pure motorcycling experience. It might be based on the J-series platform as the Royal Enfield Classic 350, so if you’re confused which one to go for, check out our comparison review of the two below:
