Royal Enfield will continue with its aggressive product onslaught and after the Guerilla 450, the brand has now turned its attention towards the J-series platform. While the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 was unveiled recently in a much more modern avatar, complete with LED headlight, tail light, gear position indicators, and new colour schemes – the upcoming model that has been spotted here boasts of a slightly different design that is more on the lines of a bobber.
Yes, you read that right. The Shotgun 650 will not be the only bobber offering in RE’s portfolio. The brand is expected to launch what has been touted as the Bobber Goan 350, soon. It will be based on the same J-series platform that also underpins the Bullet 350, Hunter 350, Classic 350 and Meteor 350. The bike will be powered by the same 20.2 bhp/ 27 Nm, 350 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. What remains to be seen is if RE engineers give this engine a relaxed tune or a sportier tune.
Beyond that, one of the biggest distinction of the Royal Enfield Bobber Goan 350 will be its visual elements. The bike will boast of a unique high handlebar design, typical of badger bikes like the Harley-Davidson Softail. Additionally, it will also get split grab rails and different seats. Royal Enfield had even patented the design recently, and we might get a motorcycle soon with white-walled tyres as well, check it out here.
While we await the official announcement from Royal Enfield, we expect the upcoming Bobber to debut soon, most probably during the 2024 Rider Mania in Goa. As for its pricing, the Royal Enfield Bobber Goan 350 is expected to be positioned between the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350.
